Beginner’s Yoga / 60 Minutes (★)
Starting yoga for the first time can bring up questions like, ‘Will I be able to keep up?’ or ‘Is it okay if I’m not flexible?’ It’s understandable to feel some uncertainty.
There’s no need to worry if you can’t immediately perform the poses. The path to mastering them is where the true learning happens.
This path is full of insights and discoveries about your body and mind.

Hatha Yoga / 60 min Yoga + 15 min Mindfulness Meditation = 75 min (★〜★★)
Yoga postures are called asanas. Hatha yoga is the base of all yoga that uses the body. We will practice focusing on the breath and body slowly and carefully while remembering the names of the asanas.
When the mind and body are linked, it is a chance for meditation! Let’s regain our natural calmness and serenity with mindfulness meditation.
Hatha Flow Yoga / 75 min (★★)
Hatha Flow Yoga adds movement to traditional Hatha Yoga, connecting poses in a flowing sequence while maintaining focus on the breath.
This class includes challenging poses.
Vinyasa Yoga / 80 Minutes (★★★)
This is a yoga class for those with experience.
Originating in NY, this is Vinyasa-style yoga.
Known as “moving meditation” or “moving Zen,” it combines three elements: Vinyasa flow, accurate alignment, and Buddhist compassion.
Restorative Yoga / 60 min (No Movement)
This is a passive yoga style where you fully relax your body using yoga props.
It helps to ease tension in the nervous system, which may be out of balance, and aids in relieving built-up stress and sleep disturbances.
Senior Yoga / 45 min (☆)
A yoga class that promotes healthy life expectancy for seniors.
Depending on the condition of the day, it is also possible to do it while sitting on a chair.”
I am a 20-year yoga practitioner. I used to practice at Tokyo Yoga-Practice Osaka. After Practice Osaka closed, I obtained an instructor license at Viola Tricolor in Osaka. Alongside teaching, I pursued studies in my favorite NY-style Vinyasa Yoga and the Alignment Flow method at Yoga Madhya in Osaka.
