PADASA is a small salon that connects mind, body, and the present moment through meditation, yoga, and art.
The building, originally a pawn shop built in 1841, was inherited from my family and renovated with respect for the master carpenter of the Edo period.
PADASA regularly holds mindfulness meditation and yoga & meditation classes.
We also host workshops and special classes by guest meditation and yoga teachers on an irregular basis.
We hold live performances, workshops, and solo exhibitions by professional artists from various fields.
For meditators and yogis traveling the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage routes, we offer assistance in planning and arranging retreats, creating a space for practice.
